Shipping Delivery
How long does it take to get items delivered?
Photo Prints - If you complete your order of photo prints before 3pm, the prints should arrive sometime the next day (except weekend orders) for all major NZ towns and cities*. If you live in a remote area, allow a couple of extra days. Our prints are delivered via courier and are carefully packed to ensure they arrive at your place as they left ours.
Canvas Orders typically take 7 - 10 days. If you need them urgently, please call or email.
Shop Orders typically take 2 - 4 days, depending on stock availability.
Your items are sent via CourierPost
and their location can be traced using their Track & Trace system.
If you need to track your photos, please click here to email us stating your digitalpro order number. We will reply asap with your trackpack number. Simply enter your trackpack tracking code in the CourierPost web site to see where your trackpack is. You can also call CourierPost 0800 COURIER (0800 268 7437)

* Please note, delivery times may vary due to CourierPost delivery delays. Although the above times are consistent with our experience, some delays can occur due to events out side our control. We suggest, if you need your prints by a certain date/time, get in contact with us at time of ordering, letting us know the urgency of your prints.
Photo Quality
Will my photos be printed on real photo paper?
Yes! Digitalpro uses silver-halide photographic paper for prints up to 10 x 15 inches, printed on a Fuji Frontier 370 machine. The archival quality of your photos, when kept in optimum conditions, will be 50-70 years.
Our specs for best printing are as follows:
- images sized in correct inches at 300dpi
- sRGB profiles
- 8 bit
- jpeg is preferred. However, we can also print directly from TIFF and BMP but the upload times are not desirable due to its nil-compression algorithms.
Silver-halide paper is far superior to the 'instant' type photo
paper that seems to be cropping up around New Zealand now.

FujiFrontier 370
The revolutionary Fuji Frontier has set
the standard for printing digital files onto silver halide paper,
making strikingly realistic photos from all sorts of digital media
input.
The combination of the Fuji Frontier in the hands of experienced photo experts delivers the best results possible. This machine allows our skilled technicians to use monitors for carefully check and colour correct photos before we print. We use the Frontier's scanner to scan your film which gives you a sharper scan than most high-end scanners on the market.
