HELP - I loaded my images, but I closed my Internet Browser by mistake

Isn't that just a pain in the arse!  If this happens it is likely that a lot of your images have still been successfully loaded onto our digitalpro servers.  Give us a call or get in contact via email and we should be able to find them in no time.  Talk us through what you need over the phone and we'll let you know the cost and sort it out from there.

I've forgotten my Password

Isn't life complicated enough. Now we need to remember millions of passwords! If you have forgotten your password, no worries. Just put any old password in the password field below your e-mail address to get further instructions.

You will then be sent to a page that looks like this. Simply delete any password (to create a blank field) and press 'continue'. An automatic email will be sent that advises your password.

Finally another page is displayed. Follow the instructions to get back to your order. Make sure you don't close your internet browser, or you will loose your order progress.
