How long does it take to get prints delivered?

If you complete your order of prints before 3pm, the prints should arrive sometime the next day (except weekend orders) for all major NZ towns and cities*.  If you live in a remote area, allow a couple of extra days.  Our prints are delivered via courier and are carefully packed to ensure they arrive at your place as they left ours.

Your photos are sent via CourierPost and their location can be traced using their Track & Trace system.  If you need to track your photos, please click here to email us stating your digitalpro order number.  We will reply asap with your trackpak number.  Simply enter your trackpak tracking code in the CourierPost web site to see where your trackpak is.  You can also call CourierPost 0800 COURIER (0800 268 7437)

 * Please note, delivery times may vary due to CourierPost delivery delays. Although the above times are consistent with our experience, some delays can occur due to events out side our control.  We suggest, if you need your prints by a certain date/time, get in contact with us at time of ordering, letting us know the urgency of your prints.  We may have alternatives we can recommend to get them to you quicker.

^  Some areas do not have Saturday delivery.  In these cases your photos should arrive the next working day.

Can I order from overseas, but get photos delivered to a NZ address?

Yes, and what a great way to keep in touch with family and friends. 

Just make sure when you enter the address details for that order, you give the name of the person who is getting the photos in NZ. 

You can change your contact details for future digitalpro orders to whatever you like. 

You can then enter your own credit card details that don't necessarily have to match the delivery person. Your credit card will be charged in NZ dollars and your bank will work out the exchange rate. Go on, take advantage of our NZ dollar!

Can I order from overseas, and get photos delivered to an overseas address?

Yes, but ignore the postage cost that is displayed during your order. 

Since we only process the credit card transaction when we actually process the print order, we can establish postage fees from our local post office before hand. 

We will simply add this to the postage and packaging costs as displayed on the order. Eg: If you ordered 40 prints and had them delivered to Australia we would add the cost of the international post to $3.95, so the total p&p costs could be around NZ$10. And of cause, you'll have to appreciate it will take longer than 3 days for your photos to get there.

Don't worry, we will confirm the additional postage costs via email with you before we charge you credit card.
